While it is rare, occasionally rain impacts play at the tournament.

Fanfare Tickets follows the Cincinnati Open rain policy which can be found here, and is detailed below.

Center Court Rain Policy

If a Center Court match is completed OR 90 total minutes of play has taken place on Center Court during any one session, no exchanges or refunds will be made*. If a session is canceled without the completion of one full match on Center Court OR 90 total minutes of play on Center Court, the owner is entitled to a ticket at a similar level of seating, subject to availability, for the same session the following year. Only the original purchaser (see exceptions below) of the ticket may apply, within 15 days of the canceled session.

Please note that this single session ticket rain policy does not apply to the following tickets, which are not eligible for refund or exchange:

• All full series, partial series, multi-day and multi-session packages
• All tickets issued on a complimentary and trade basis
• All suite, sponsor, luxury, premium, or hospitality/club tickets (including, but not limited to, Advantage Club, 1899 Club, Grandview Club, Courtside Seats and Garden Club)
• All tickets purchased for sessions 20-24
• All tickets purchased through any auction, exchange, resale or secondary outlet (including single session tickets purchased through the official Cincinnati Open Ticket Exchange by Ticketmaster)
• All tickets received through Ticketmaster Ticket Transfer

Grandstand Rain Policy

If a session is canceled without the completion of one full match on Grandstand Court OR 90 total minutes of play on Grandstand Court, the owner is entitled to a Daily Grounds Pass for the day directly following the canceled session.

The Daily Grounds Pass will be automatically loaded into the original purchaser’s account and available to manage. All tickets are mobile.

The Center Court exclusions for eligibility of refund or exchange apply to all single session tickets purchased on Grandstand Court.
